Complete Health Inc. (CHI) uses proactive approach to mental health. Providers are trained mental health care professionals that practice according to high quality licensing and credentialing standards.
We screen, diagnose and provide care for mental health and substance use disorders; prescribe medication, coordinate care with other health professionals and care caregivers; and educate patients, families, caregivers and communities about how medical health affects mental health and how mental health affects medical health.
To maintain health, CHI takes a tailored, proactive approach. To provide our customers with the knowledge they need to understand their illnesses, we use a patient-centered methodology. Our main goal is to have the proper dialogues with our clients so that they may take the correct action at the right time to accomplish their mental health goals.
About Otega Ojukwu
Dr. Otega Ojukwu is a National Board Certified (BC) doctoral prepared advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN). She is trained in two specialties (family and psychiatric mental health). She earned her master’s degree (MSN) and Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree from Florida Atlantic University, Boca Raton, Florida State. Her nursing experience started as a board-certified registered nurse since 2001.
Her recent clinical experience includes providing Tele-Psychiatric Mental Health Services at Florida Therapy Services serving clients in Pensacola, Tallahassee, and Marianna, all in Florida State.
Her previous clinical experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner as an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) hospitalist at a Florida State Correctional Facility, Lake Butler, Florida. At the correctional facility, she cared for prison inmates with medical needs but also had comorbid psychiatric mental health condition. This was when she got her inspiration for specialization in psychiatric mental health.
